 Since injuring my back 13 years ago, I have sought relief from muscular pain and stiffness from a variety of different treatments.  My wife saw the advertisement for Seeds of Calm and suggested I give it a try since it specifically offered a type of treatment for people with back problems like me.  Of all the treatments I have received for my pain, and there have been many, I can honestly say that the Ashiatsu Treament administered by Hannah has been the absolute most effective.  At Seeds of Calm, the environment is relaxing, the staff professional and the treatments given produce real, lasting results.  I give Seeds of Calm my highest recommendation.
